Q : How to be a member?
A : You can click link “Sign Up now!” in page http://chevron.experd.com.
     
Q : Why I do not receive an activation email?
A : In some email server, our activation email detected as SPAM. Please check it in SPAM / Bulk folder. If there isn’t either, you can contact us at chevron@experd.com or our Hotline Service 021 - 92922037 (Monday - Friday at 08.00 am - 04.00 pm).
     
Q : After activate my account, how to create my resume?
A : After you login using your email and password, create your CV using step by step resume builder or download our CV template in menu “Resume”. ”Step by step resume builder”: fulfill the form in menu “Resume”. ”Upload template CV”: click link “Upload Individual Resume” in menu “Resume”. (Don't forget to write down your details: personal data, education, and your experience).
     
Q : Where can I download template CV?
A : You can click tab “Resume”, link "Upload Individual Resume", then click link “Tekan disini untuk mengunduh blanko Resume / Click here to download Resume template”.
     
Q : Why do I fail in uploading CV?
A : Please read the error description and try to correct the data. If you still have trouble uploading your CV, please send us your CV to chevron@experd.com.
     
Q : How to view my resume?
A : After completing your resume, you can view your resume by clicking link “Preview Complete Resume” on left page.
     
Q : How to update my resume?
A : You can edit your data from Resume page then click “Edit” to edit and click “Update” button after you edit the data.
     
Q : How to apply after register?
A : Please login to our website then click home. Click the position title to review. If you sure that is the position, just click “Apply”. After that, don’t forget to logout.
     
Q : Can I send my personal CV by email?
A : No, you can't. Only ONLINE application will be processed.
     
Q : After I replace/update my attached resume, do I need to re-apply to a job to reflect the changes?
A : No, you do not need to re-apply to a job. We will always see the latest version of your attached resume.
     
Q : Can I apply more than 1 position?
A : You can’t apply more than 1 position, so be sure the position is suitable to your qualification and target position.
     
Q : How to know my application status?
A : You can login and go to “Application Status” page.
     
Q : Why I can not apply a job with message: "Your resume is not complete"?
A : Be sure you have filled personal data and your education.
     
Q : Why I can not apply a job with message: "Your resume is not match with this job"?
A : Be sure you have applied job that match with the requirement.
